Quicken and QuickBooks Web Connect Information
Please note that if you are using the Express Web Connect feature with software versions other then 2009, you will no longer have the ability to perform the One Step Update. However, you will still be able to pull information into your software by the using the manual download process and than importing the information into your software.
As Bank of the Finger Lakes, a unit of USNY Bank completes its system conversion to our new Online Banking system, you will need to modify your Quicken and QuickBooks Web Connect settings to ensure a smooth transition of your data. This update is time sensitive and must be completed by 5 pm, August 7, 2009.
There are specific instructions outlining the steps that you need to take, which are dependent on the current version of software you utilize. You must complete the steps exactly as described and in the order presented. If you do not, your Online Banking Service may stop functioning properly. This conversion should take between 10 and 15 minutes.

Additionally, if you currently use Express Web Connect, which is the function that allows you to perform a One Step Update with your Intuit product, it will be unavailable from 5 pm, August 7 to 9 am, , 2009. On or after 9 am, , 2009, you will have to deactivate and then reactivate your Express Web Connect.
